A Celebratory Walk of Love and Dreams on the Red Carpet in Cannes

May was a magical month. I had the honour of walking the red carpet at Cannes, an experience that felt like the beautiful culmination of years of dreams. This trip was especially exciting because it not only marked my long-awaited debut at the Cannes Film Festival, also coincided with my wedding anniversary alongside my husband Randall. To share these two milestones in such a glamorous yet deeply personal setting was simply extraordinary.

From the moment we arrived, the air was filled with possibilities.

Each sunrise over the Mediterranean reminded me of the resilience and passion that had carried me through personal and professional challenges to this moment. Walking hand in hand with my husband, we exchanged smiles of quiet triumph, partners in life and love, celebrating our commitment on the world's most famous red carpet.

For the photoshoot in Cannes, held alongside the event, I had the pleasure of wearing a stunning creation by the Mexican designer Angel Grave.

Behind the lens was the talented Johan MIA Photographie, whose keen eye captured not only the beauty of each piece, but also the narrative of perseverance woven into every stitch. With each click of the shutter, Johan immortalised moments of joy, strength and authenticity, elements that are at the heart of our brand.

As I reflect on Cannes, the sparkling dresses, the passionate conversations, the gentle sea breeze, I am filled with gratitude. This journey reminds me why I founded Agnes Wade: to champion diversity, celebrate uniqueness and prove that with resilience and self-confidence, even the most daring dreams can come true.
