Returns Policy
At Agnes Wade, we truly hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Opened or used beauty products (e.g. lipsticks, serums) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

• Items marked as final sale are non-returnable unless defective.

📩 How to Return

1. Email us at hello@agneswadeofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Delivery Policy
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select international destinations. We are working to expand our delivery zones as the Agnes Wade brand continues to grow.
⏳ Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

📦 Delivery Times & Charges

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

• International Delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
